Although the comments will probably soon be filled with explanations of how this is a memorial for some person that died because of power-tripping police officers with more bullets than brains, I can at this moment freely assume that this is a birthday party for the child of the mafia. Shit, even I don’t believe that. Anyone know what this is about?
