That is wrong. WAY WAY to young.
The people in this video need to be tracked down and beaten. Mom, tattoo artist and onlooker(s) who stood by and let this child suffer and scream. If this boy isn’t removed from the mother’s ‘care’ I hope he beats her himself when he grows up.
I wonder if that is for a medical procedure? I know some people getting radiation treatment get tottoo dots as a reference points.
Those people need to be held down and have their faces tattooed with the words “I abused my child” – this is just sickening.

I’ve seen this video and it took me days to get it out of my mind. The poor child getting tattooed by so called adults. I hope he gets taken away from those people and they go to jail/prison for what they put this child through. It is so disturbing!
this makes me sick. I really hope that something is done. I don’t have kids but I have a niece I love dearly and seeing this really scares me.

This is illegal in many states. I really hope someone knows how to track them down and report them. Sad.

This is most likely happening in Mexico…they are tattooing their child because child abductions are soo rampent there that it is hard to id the children once they get sold into slavery, and if lucky, are able to get free someday. Believe it or not this happens a lot more often then you think. We live in a sheltered life in the U.S.

I hope they’ve all been arrested and jailed. Bail should be set at $100,000 each. Can’t imagine what other things they do. It would be nice to have some follow-up info on these three.

Why do you automatically think they are in Mexico or that they are Mexicans? They aren’t even speaking Spanish! They are speaking Portuguese. Most likely they are in Brazil. Anywho these people should rot in hell!

@Josie: Ear piercings are painless, quick procedures. A tattoo is far from painless or quick. The pain would be unbearable for a small child, and a huge infection risk, especially when given by someone who is not licensed to give tattoos.
Gat: Ear piercings are not painless. A tattoo can be a lot less painful than you think and it can be quick. Being licensed means nothing except that someone with authority says you are qualified. Get some valid information to use please.
With that being said, this is sickening! However, in different cultures it is common practice.

OMG these people need to have their arms broken! WTF is wrong with them?! I love tattoos, my 5 year old girl likes the fake ones. Even if she asked there is no way in hell I’d let her get one, or MAKE her get one. That poor child!

I fell asleep getting my tattoo and it is over my spine. Getting my ears pierced hurt, and got infected four times, my tattoo itched for a couple days and then was good.
That said! different cultures have different beliefs. In Africa children are scared and tattooed. In the east the piercings are more seen it is a matter of culture. I do not believe what was done here was right, and by God I will never get that child’s screams out of my ears and I would love to smack that mother for holding the child down.

First of all,this is messed up no matter for what the reason behind it was. Second,race and country have nothing to do with this photo. So you all need to get a life and go screw yourselves..the mother and child don’t look hispanic. Unless this was done for medical or identification purposes,the mother needs to be beaten within an inch of her life and thrown in jail…along with the tatoo artist for agreeing to do it. Regardless as to why this was done,the kid will have nightmares the rest of his life.

The person who said this was Portuguese is an idiot and the people who also think these are Mexicans are idiots. Judging by the accent, these people are from the Caribbean. Not Mexico. I love how Americans think they know everything. The mother is a monster, though.
