NEWS: 10 Year Old Caged With Dog In Back Of Truck

Abbey Carlson, 29, the child’s mother, and Thomas Fishinger, 30, both of Millvale, Pennsylvania are facing child endangerment charges for allowing their 10 year old daughter to ride in a cage with her dog in the back of their truck, according to the Huffington Post. Fishinger is the girl’s stepfather; he claims he only did it because she asked and the animal was crying for her.
