Another one for the books; Angela Norman, pictured above, as well as a nurse are being charged with manslaughter in the death of the woman’s 14-year-old daughter, who had cerebral palsy and weighed only 28 pounds. It’s said that if anyone involved in the care of this young girl had acted responsibly, she would undoubtedly still be alive today. Unfortunately that was not the case.
