   My first reaction would not be to grab a camera, not with toxic chemicals on my toddlers hands. These parents are not quick thinkers.

   All this says is that the parent is not responsible and thinks its funny to take a picture and post it. She doesn’t deserve to be a parent and needs to have the kid taken away..and sterilized. There should be a law that says if a person is irresponsible and intentionally does stupid things will be sterilized. Unfortunately,most of the population would be affected by leaving the human race to eventually die out.

   I’m really hoping that that powdery substance is either flour or powdered sugar and the parents just did this for shock value.

   I’m pretty sure this is fake. Comet has a greenish tint to it. The powder on the floor is white. They just wanted a picture with shock value.
