Then when the snake wraps it’s body around the baby suffocating it, and trying to swallow it. The parents will then tell the authorities, “i don’t know what happened? we made sure to expose our snake to the baby as soon as possible.”
Whoa, this is bad on two levels. I’ve owned large pythons, and first, they WILL constrict something as small as a baby in a heartbeat. Second, as many here have pointed out, they are covered in salmonella (I got it once from handling one of my snakes, I really thought I was going to die, had to go to hospital). This is absurdly dangerous, and those people should be reported.
I’ve been keeping snakes for 18 years and they’re actually really clean animals, completely void of salmonella, if the owners practice proper husbandry. I have 22 pet snakes right now and I’m due to have my first baby in January, and I will absolutely let him interact with the snakes – because I take care of my snakes (they even get baths!), and am a very hygienic person.
Throw some Purell into that kids mouth. Salmonella as snakes tend to slither throught their poop. Stupid! Stupid! Stupid!
I feel sorry for the snake.
Ugh! Snakes carry gram-negative bacteria, including salmonella and E. coli.
Ugh taste like chicken!!! People wonder why there kids get sick!!
I want to grab that baby up and feed his parents to the damned snake!
Stupid people shouldn’t breed!
this snake is still a wild animal and animals react when they feel endangered or hurt. What is wrong with these parents?
Poor Snake! These parents need to teach proper animal care. Snakes are not proper teething tools.
Give him a binkie – not a snake. Yeesh. Somewhat reminds me of that scene in Lord of the Rings. Yes, THAT scene.

@SoCali
Exactly, very well said.
I mean what possibly could go wrong?
“Of course a snake would never do anything to our baby…that snake always showed such ‘love’ for him” (In snake talk..Yum!)
Nasty as hell! WTF is wrong with ppl?

Idiotic that the parents are letting the baby do that…but ya give the kid props…freakin beast for biting a snake XDD
