   That baby has a blunt in her mouth. She will be smoking blunts in no time since her idiot parents are teaching her at a young age. Why dont we sterilize people anymore.

   It does look like a blunt although at first I thought it was a pretzel lol. I don’t understand why people think it’s funny to get kids to make obscene gestures.
