   I was once witness to a temper tantrum between two alleged adults over who would put the coat on their infant daughter. After dad said he had put the coat on the child and home, and it was now her turn, mom said she had done it twice yesterday, and it turned into one of those “if you won’t, neither will I” deals and they carried the child into the cold with no coat on at all. Some people shouldn’t be allowed to breed.
