Can’t say that I’ve ever seen a fountain that was an electrical hazard. Whatever the case may be, they best get it fixed NOW because that’s just a liability lawsuit waiting to happen. No sign will help them win a negligence case.
This is actually in my town. To the left is an interactive fountain for kids. The area the kid is dipping into is the back of the fountain wall. There are submerged lights in that trough area– which is where the “electrical shock” aspect comes in. Kids are ALWAYS playing in it– no one ever pays attention to the sign. I think it’s incredibly stupid that they put those right next to where the kids play.
