This Halloween costume is way to provocative for an 11 year old like Noah Cyrus, not surprising.. with a role model like Miley Cyrus, who’s not too innocent on Halloween herself. At least she’s 18 though, and we can stare at her for hours here!

Pictured above is Jessica Cruz, the 19 year old that admits to concealing her pregnancy, birthing the child in a Salvation Army bathroom, putting it in a garbage bag and tying it off at the child’s neck, all before placing it in a garbage can and covering it with paper towels to die.
