   That little girl seems to have a really abnormally distended abdomen; she doesn’t look starved at all but she also isn’t fat. The very creepy possibility is that she has worms….

   no, shes not abnormally distended… kids have pudgy tummies, all three of mine are potbellied and have biiig guts when they stick their tummies out
