Murder is the charge. Forget manslaughter or vehicular homicide. He knew it could happen and he did it anyway. I don’t care if it was his child or not. Murder. Period.
This should also be against the law, really, you can put them on a motorcycle, without a helmet or any kind of restraint, but if they’re in a car you get ticketed for not having them in a car seat or not having a seat belt on. I just don’t get it.. :/ that poor little guy..oh and way to go dad, speeding on top of it!
I heard about this back in August when it happened. I was so pissed off. The father is a damn moron and I feel so bad for that poor baby. I don’t know why there are so many stupid people in the world!

My father was a biker and frequently took me for rides on his bike. Before I could reach the pegs, I sat on the gas tank. I didn’t wear a helmet, I wasn’t restrained. I turned out perectly fine! The major difference here is that the fathr inthe story is a complete moron. First, the pavement of our driveway was the closest thing I ever got to a ride on a road until I could reach the pegs. The rides were always in our yard. Second, my dad never dumped a bike, and he road for about 25 years, before he passed from a heart problem a few years ago. Thirdly, my father never road like a moron with kids on his bike.
2nd degree Darwin award… He should be prevented from having any more kids.
