  1. by telling the other kids to go upstairs and putting the little girl outside to “hide her” then she knew exactly what she was doing.

  3. If someone is able to kill a baby, at any age, they should suffer severe consequences. This is so heart breaking.

  5. There is a juvenile justice system for a reason. That reason is that 13 year old children do not have fully developed impulse control. What she did certainly deserves severe punishment, but anyone that has ever had a 13 year old child knows that they do things that make no sense. In a way it’s not much different than mental incompetence.

  7. What the hell was the two-year old even going to say? At that age kids can barely string together a sentence about their immediate surroundings.

  9. Do you think her killing the baby was the first act of violence?! Doubtful! She has probably been abusing her sister for a long time! So many times parents get blamed for abuse, but they need to look into older siblings! Piece of shit parents KNEW their kid had violent tendencies and left her alone with the baby anyway! As a parent you know when your kid has violent tendencies!

  11. i haven’t heard much on the story but i pray that she never gets out and has children of her own, if she can do this to her own sister then she’ll do it to her own child … RIP little one

  13. Something is up with dear ol dad. Family destroyed, lost a daughter, another daughter a killer and… not a tear or broken sentence at all. Huummmmmm.

  15. What a scumbag. She should be put away for a long time, if not the rest of her life.

  17. Fry the bitch! I don’t care what anyone says, if she can do that to her little 2yr old sister, none of us stand a chance!

  19. I will glady take upon myself the responsibility of executing that disgusting animal, weapon of choice will be voted by the public.

  21. The argument that a 13 year old has not developed impulse control and it’s more like mental illness is interesting. I suggest, we have a public hanging and require youth to attend; In this manner we can provide some tangible consequences to help with their development.
She was stabbed 6 to 7 times and tossed over a balcony. Kill Her.

  23. Yeah, she gotta mental disorder alright…it’s called HOMICIDAL MURDERER SYNDROME! Seriously, you waste a 2-year old? It’s time for homegirl to be put down. Fuck prison.

  25. She took “snitches get stitches” a bit much to heart.

  29. Two things:

    1) A 13 year-old is not so cognitively impaired that she doesn’t understand what would happen if she took a knife to her 2 year-old sister. Charge her as an adult.

    2) I find it suspicious that the father is willing to even talk to the news and the fact that he didn’t shed a tear while doing it. Shock? Maybe. But still suspicious.

  31. The fact that she went through the work of telling the other children to go up stairs then put the baby outside after it was done and then was even smart enough to clean the mess and hide her bloody cloths show that this “child” knew what she was doing and what the consequences could be. She was smart enough to cover her tracks like an adult she should be tried as one. Also at 13 I knew it was wrong to hurt people and that it wasn’t an OK thought to act on, didn’t you?

  33. I am not surprised that this happened in Atlanta. Those Norwegians are so illiterate.

  34. Right Winger on November 26th, 2012
  35. I vote fry the parents as well

  36. Joey BadaBing on November 26th, 2012
  37. How frightened of the parents is the children when they have to worry about things to that extent?
What kind of “boy” was hiding in the closet? Was he an older person who manipulated the 13 yr. old? Lots of questions on how it got to this point, but yes, that girl knew what she was doing.

  38. R Fry on November 26th, 2012
  39. She’s 13, not an adult. Even her thinking shows that: “I’m afraid my parents will be angry that I had a boy in the house, so I’ll kill my little sister.” WTF?!?! She even hid her sister behind the house, cause, gosh, nobody would ever look there? She deserves to be punished, just not as an adult.

  41. For all the above negative comments…you all can go screw yourselves. What does race or city etc have to do with what happened? if you all can’t comment on what the girl did then stay off of here. This is really sad and appaulling…if the girl was old enough to commit a violent act then she needs to be charged as an adult. She needs to reside in juvy until she is 18 then go to prison for the rest of her natural life. But she should be put through what her baby sister did–after she turns 18. I am sorry but a life was taken so why should this girl be allowed to live? The father did not look that grief stricken..any sain parent would be histerical and refuse to go on tv.

  43. Snitches get stitches, and blabbers get stabbered!

  44. No Snitching! on November 27th, 2012
  45. This is absolutely disgusting. It is obvious the girl knew what she was doing and the consequences by trying to hide what she had done. Anyone who has a 13 year old child can tell you that they know right from wrong. Anyone who says different is a liar or doesn’t have children. There are hundreds of 13 year olds who babysit for goodness sake. I would give her professional psychological testing to rule out any mental problems, if she turns out to be a healthy – stable human I’d try her as an adult.

  47. She gets tried as an adult so that she doesn’t get freed at the age of 18.

  48. Mitt on December 2nd, 2012
  49. It’s called sociopathy. She has it and it won’t go away, and it cannot be treated.

  50. hap on December 7th, 2012
  51. Definitely tried as an adult for all of the reasons already stated, aside from the ridiculous ones about race or location. I also agree that it’s a little odd… no.. a lot odd.. that the father showed not the slightest bit of hesitance to speak to the media nor did he show any kind of sadness or upset while doing it. There is obviously way more to this story than any of us know. RIP little Sasha.
