   I also found another mugshot and additional charges from what appear to be different situations for this same person. It looks like he is not stranger to misbehaving. I didn’t post links as they aren’t about this case.

   No, if a female groped a male, he has the exact same opportunity to press charges. If he does not do so, that is his choice. However, the crime will be treated as sexual assault or harassment, the same as with a male perpetrator.
