Another one for the books; Angela Norman, pictured above, as well as a nurse are being charged with manslaughter in the death of the woman’s 14-year-old daughter, who had cerebral palsy and weighed only 28 pounds. This combo made from photos provided by the Outagamie County Sheriffs Dept shows Christopher Sultze, 35, left and Mary Sultze, 36, of Appleton, Wis. The couple was released from jail on bond this week after they were each charged with a felony count of child neglect. Ashley Renee Couch, that’s the name of this Proud Mother that thought the best way to let off some steam was to ditch her 18 DAY old infant child in a snowbank. She literally tossed the poor little girl, a witness who was getting off a bus and saw the event take place. Luckily for the baby girl, the witness called 911.
